*The tracking number of your order &lt;br /&gt;
*The handbags to be exchanged and the reason why your handbags are being returned&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please note that all handbags must be returned new and unused within 7 business days of receipt for exchange.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order to exchange the handbags you will need to ship the bags back on your expense with a courier and provide a valid tracking number.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is the buyer&amp;#8217;s responsibility to make sure that no handbags gets damaged during shipping and that all the original tags are still attached.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If the package seized by China custom, or lost in China, we will refund 100% to your next order. If it has left China and seized at your custom, or get lost outside of China, we will refund 30% of the order only to your next order.&lt;br /&gt;
And only refund one time, if seized or lost again, will not refund.&lt;/p&gt;</body-html>
